Free Web hosting: Yays and Nays

by on April 26, 2011

So, it is time to get down and put out a website. Everyone wants to do it. They want to own and manage a website that looks cool and snazzy and has some unique content that everyone needs to know. You do. You already have the concept in mind. You might have even designed the web page. Now, how do you get it on the web?

Free vps hosting is the best option for amateur webmasters. They take no money out of your account if your site flops. They have some negatives, however, in that they offer limited storage and bandwidth. They also lack on the side of customer and technical support and reliability. If you are not expecting to gain a lot of money, or any for that fact, then you should probably not invest monthly funds into your website unless you are really devoted to it.

Some sites that are good for free web hosting are L4rge, ATBHost, Host-Helpers, X-10Hosting, and HelioHost. Of course, searching for free web hosts yields a myriad of possibilities, but you should narrow them down and choose the best ones possible. Even in free sites, there is a great range of quality. If you want your super awesome site idea to live, then spend some time researching.
